Most of us can agree; Spam is the scurge of the internet.  So let me make this policy as simple as I can:

Any personal information that you enter into any form on this website, or send to me in email, or for that matter provide to me in any other manner, is for the explicit purpose of assisting you in buying and/or selling your real estate properties.  I will not sell or give your telephone numbers, address, email, or any other information to any other outside party for any marketing reason whatsoever.

Once you express an interest in my services, I will use your contact information only to contact you with information that is closely related to what you have expressed interest in.  If at any time you do not want to hear from me again for any reason, you can inform me and I will honor that request.

The bottom line is, I am here to assist you.  To the greatest extent possible, my website and email are under my personal control, and I want you to feel confident that your information is safe in my hands.

Having said that, you should also be aware that real estate transactions do generate various public records.  I have no control over that. Discussing all of these at length is beyond the scope of this policy, but you may want to talk to your title officer, lender, and local recorder's office regarding options you may have to protect your information as you progress through any real estate transaction.
